Terms

What you are agreeing to, in plain words

These are the standing terms for working with Dreamware Development LLC. Your signed engagement agreement governs if the two ever disagree; this page is here so nothing on it is a surprise.

The $999 audit

Both audits, the AI Visibility Audit and the AI Tools Audit, cost $999, collected when you book. It is refundable in full any time before we run it: if you change your mind, say so and we return it.

Once we have run the audit, the $999 is non-refundable, because at that point the work is done and the deliverable is yours. It is then credited to your first package with us. That credit is portable across both front doors: if you paid for the AI Visibility Audit and the right next step turns out to be tools and automation work, or the other way around, the credit follows you.

The fit gate

Every engagement is gated on the audit. We propose ongoing work only when the findings say we can move your numbers, and we decline when the honest read is that we cannot.

A decline is not a failure of the audit and it does not entitle you to a refund of it. You keep the full deliverable: the baseline, the teardown, the roadmap, and a written explanation of what to fix first. The decline path is a result. It is the one that saves you the most money.

The guarantee, and where it stops

The guarantee is anchored to your own frozen baseline. We do not promise a specific AI citation, a specific mention, or a specific search ranking, and no one honestly can: AI answers and rankings are probabilistic and move with model and algorithm updates. What we commit to is measurable movement against the numbers we froze for you at kickoff.

The guarantee clock starts only once your baseline has passed our integrity floor. A baseline built on bad or unstable measurement cannot support a guarantee, so if the first measurement pass does not clear that floor, we re-measure before the clock runs. We tell you when it starts.

If we miss the commitment inside the guarantee window, we keep working at no charge for up to two further delivery months. That is the cap. If your numbers still have not moved at the end of those two months, either of us may end the engagement, and neither owes the other anything further.

Separately, every deliverable ships on the published delivery calendar or that month is free.

Liability

Our total liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees you have actually paid us for it.

Who owns what

You own the deliverables we produce for you: the audit, the reporting, the content, the schema, the roadmaps, all of it, including the work we publish for you through the edge layer that delivers our on-site changes. We retain aggregate and anonymized measurement data, meaning data that does not identify you or your company, which we use to improve our own benchmarks and methods.

When you leave

You can end an engagement by email or through the billing portal, and the notice is effective on its own: no exit call required, nothing else to click. We may invite you to a short exit conversation, and where it fits we may offer a reduced-scope maintenance option, but accepting either is never a condition of leaving.

Our on-site work is delivered through an edge layer that sits in front of your unchanged website. You can direct its removal at any time and we disable it within one business day, or you can revert the onboarding DNS change yourself. Either way, your site is restored exactly as your own systems serve it.

Where we have published work for you, you also leave with the work itself: within 14 days of your end date we deliver a static export of your website exactly as we last served it, plus a rebuild guide written so that you, or anyone you hire, can re-host or evolve the site without us. Both are free, and neither depends on an exit interview, a testimonial, or anything beyond the terms above.
